Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all orders over $500, via Fedex ground, to any part of the contiguous United States. For orders below $500, the shipping cost will be calculated based on product weight/dimensions.

We ship all items via Fedex, and all shipments are insured for the exact value of each item. We guarantee safe delivery of all items, and will send brand new replacement items to replace damaged items.

For items that are over $500, we require a signature upon delivery.

In stock items ship within 1-5 days from date of purchase.

Once the order ships, we will notify you of tracking via email, so you can track your order via Fedex own website.

If you’re on a tight timeline and would like to validate our inventory of specific items, just email us the list of items you’re considering and we’ll let you know the time-frame for ship-out.

Due to the problem of credit card fraud in our industry, we will only process orders that have the same shipping and billing address. Also, we do not ship to PO Boxes, only physical street addresses.

Fedex will make three delivery attempts, leaving a yellow tag on the door with each failed attempt. Anytime before the 3rd attempt, you can use the tag to contact Fedex if you want them to hold the shipment at the Fedex hub or partnered store in your area for pickup. In that case, you will need to bring a valid state ID when you pick the shipment up. After Fedex makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us by Fedex. In this case, the customer will be charged the original shipping fee, the undelivered return shipping fee and the re-delivery fee.
