Shipping Policy

Our inventory items shipped via Fedex. We guarantee safe delivery of all items, if damaged in transit we will send brand new replacement item(s).

Due to credit card fraud, we will only ship to credit card billing address. We do not ship to PO Boxes, only physical street address. Our Fedex account do not allow for items to be picked up at Fedex 3rd party locations or have shipments rerouted to another delivery address.

For items that are over $500, we require adult signature upon delivery with required Government ID presented to Fedex at the time of delivery.

In stock items ship within 3-5 days from date of purchase.

Once the order ships, we will notify you of tracking via email, so you can track your order via Fedex own website.

If you’re on a tight timeline and would like to validate our inventory of specific items, just email us the list of items you’re considering and we’ll let you know the time-frame for ship-out.

Fedex will make up to 3 delivery attempts, leaving tag on the door with each failed attempt. If you are having an issue with acceptance of delivery before 3rd attempt, we can arrange up to one week delay. We can re scheduled delivery again when you are able to accept it, including weekends. After Fedex makes 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us by Fedex. In this case, the customer will be charged the original shipping fee, the undelivered return shipping fee and the re-delivery fee.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $500, via Fedex ground, to any part of the contiguous United States. For orders below $500, we charge $38.50 shipping fee ( orders must be called in to 800-726-5699 )

If for some reason you refuse the delivery of a returned item, and we end up keeping the item, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee (due to the damage to the box from 2-way shipping, and consequential shaking around of the unit during all the transit miles). You will also be charged the original shipping fee, plus the Fedex return fee.
