If a product failed to operate in 30 days from the date of purchase we will exchange that product for brand new same product, after inspection and testing validated customers claim of none functional product.
Customers with none functional products need to return for inspection and testing, before any kind of repair or exchange can be approved.
We do not accept returns for fully functioning merchandise (a.k.a., buyer remorse).
If any item is returned to us for warranty exchange/service that is fully functioning, it will ship it back to you at your own expense.
In the rare case that we accept a return for refund: if an item is returned to us that is missing any original contents (parts, accessories, manuals, packaging material, etc.), we will charge you a 50% restocking fee.
