We only accept returns on items that are faulty or damaged, and only for replacement or repair (not for refund).
We do not accept returns for fully functioning merchandise (a.k.a., buyer remorse).
If any item is returned to us for warranty exchange/service that is fully functioning, we will ship it back to you at your own expense.
If for some reason you refuse the delivery of a returned item, and we end up keeping the item, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee (due to the damage to the box from 2-way shipping, and consequential shaking around of the unit during all the transit miles).
In the rare case that we accept a return for refund: if an item is returned to us that is missing any original contents (parts, accessories, manuals, packaging material, etc.), we will charge you a 50% restocking fee.
